In this little piece of writing, one will try to dive into a biblical revelation about the positive attributes of God. The Bible attributes many good attributes to God, some of which are famous, such as love, grace, and holiness. God makes himself known to a man through his revelations, the Bible. However, while the Bible reveals various good attributes of God, some scholars have struggled to understand whether God can be defined by negative attributes such as anger, anger, and jealousy that the Bible reveals about him ( Chilton 2016, Robertson 2018). As Mounce (2020) puts it, in order to maintain a firm spiritual relationship with God, it is of utmost importance for a man to study the attribute of God, through the Bible, as they reveal a little of who He is, how He revealed Himself and how He responds. While scholars attest to the impossibility of understanding God in His fullness due to a man's limited nature (Frame 2020), they also attest that the Bible is a legitimate sense through which every believer has come to know God by learning His attributes (Cole 2007). In any case, one also wonders if understanding the attribute of God would be of the utmost importance in one's spiritual relationship with God. The main question that arises is whether the Bible reveals enough attributes of God that can help a man understand Him deeply. It will cover a few attributes that inform us about who God is, what kind of God He is and what He is like. In this piece of writing, one will try describing God with mere words delivered from the scriptures. Although describing Him may fall short of capturing who He is, God possesses some attributes He has revealed to us so we can know Him. However, God reveals Himself in various ways, such as His Word and His creation, so we can wrap our minds around our awesome Creator and God. It is important to note, however, that man can hardly understand who God is due to being a limited being.
